The window shutter frame shall be fitted with in-built locking arrangements, heavy-duty metal sliding rollers, and all other necessary fittings, fixtures, adhesives, and joineries. The work also includes the provision of extruded neoprene or EPDM gaskets between the window frame and masonry, as well as between the glass and shutter frame, and wherever necessary between the shutter and window frame. Glass panels shall be cut to the required size and fixed securely using appropriate fixing methods and sealed with polysulphide sealant to ensure weatherproofing and durability. The work shall be completed in all respects including supply of all materials, labour, tools, and necessary equipment as per given specifications. The approximate area to be covered under this item is 8.40 square meters. II Supplying, fitting, and fixing of aluminium fixed partition walls made of all aluminium sections of 1.5 mm thickness, including top, bottom, side members, intermediate members, and glazing clips fabricated from anodized aluminium alloy extrusion. The partition walls shall be fitted with all necessary accessories such as EPDM gaskets, cleats, angle screws, and others as required. The partition shall include 3 mm thick aluminium sheets as the main panel material. The work includes the supply of all materials, labour, and complete installation as per the given specifications. The approximate area to be covered under this item is 24.88 square meters. III Supplying, fitting, and fixing of a fully aluminium panelled single leaf door made of all required aluminium sections, including the door frame, shutter, and glazing clips, all fabricated from anodized aluminium as per standard specifications. The door shall be fitted with all necessary accessories such as hinges, handles, locks, EPDM gaskets, screws, and other required fittings. The work includes the supply of all materials, labour, and complete installation as per the given design and specifications. The approximate area to be covered under this item is 1.90 square meters.
