tender for Nrs Medical College And Hospital Baker Building Repair Work To Distress Ceiling Walls Of Urology Seminar Room Computer Rooms Labs Corridor Etc By Guniting And Micro Concrete Work- 1 Dismantling R.C.floor, roof,beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed with in a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. 2 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. up to any height and in any floor including removing rubbish with in a lead of 75 m as directed. . 3 Dismantling all type of masonry excepting cement concrete plain of reinforced stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.. 4 Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wirebrush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymermodified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosionof reinforcement as per manufacturers specification] [Mode ofmeasurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall beconsidered for payment] 5 Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar (25mm nominal thick) applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete asper Technical specification. 6 Supplying. preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious microconcrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and iackting of damagedR.C.C.members. Themicro concrete should achieve a compressive strength not ~ ~~ less than 10 MPaafter 24 hours. 40 Mpa after 7 days ~ 3 and 50 Mpa aftre 28 days at 300C.It should have ~ unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. flexural ~ strength shall not be less than 5MPaafter 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete. 7 Removing corroded worn out portion of reinforcement (when the area of baris damaged by more than 25%) by cutting and replacing the same by a newplain round bar of requisite diameter by binding with required lap / weldingwith old bar, including cost of reinforcement, complete in all respectincluding removing unserviceable materials from site as per direction of theEngineer - in - charge. Note : Payment on weight (Kg.) of newreinforcement. 8 Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric: 9 (a) Tack weld point 10 125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor. 11 Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. 12 (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar . 13 (c)10 mm. thick plaster. 14 (i) with 1:6 cement mortar. 15 (b) 20 mm. thickplaster. 16 Labour for taking out door and window frame including shutter for repair or replacemnt of different part of the frame and refixing the same including mending good alldamages complete.(Concrete and brick work for mending damage will be paid separately). 17 (a) up to area 2.5 sq.m. 18 Taking out shutter of door and window, dismantaling by parts (for repair or replacement of damaged parts), reassembling and refitting and rehanging same with old fitting but with new screws as necessary.( where different part of same shutter are renewed under different item, payment under item 73 will be made once only). 19 Styles and rails of wooden shutters fitted and fixed complete.
