Tender For Repair/Renovation Of Electrician Room, Generator Room, Panel Room & Vcb Room At Icar-Nrce, Hisar; 1 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to surface etc. complete 2 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wallsurface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 3 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (ready mix)having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: old work (one or more coats) 4 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) or with chemical, jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc, complete. Size 600 x 600 mm or as per concerned with engineer-in-charge. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 7 Cement plaster 12 mm 1:4 8 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e.,at top , bottom and sides withrequired EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket (including all necessary items) etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge : With float glass panes of 8mm thickness ( Weight not less than 20Kg/sqm) 10 Providing and fixing glazing in Iron door and window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket (including all necessary items) etc complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge: With float glass panes of 5mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/Sqm) 11 Providing and fixing precast lime fly ash concrete blocks 1:2:3:6 ( 1 lime: 2 fly ash: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), including finishing with 10mm nominal size), including finishing with 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarsesand) in foot paths, including preparation of sub grade with a hand rammer, laying 10mm thick leveling course of fine sand (Jamuna sand) and filing the joints with fine sand. 12 Trenches repair
