BY MECHANICAL MEANS In area of Light Jungle 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. Plant Mix Method Grading-III 9 Filling pot holes and patch repair with Wet Mix Macadam specifications including premixing the Material with water to OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill) as per design mix, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers, with motor grader/F.E. loader/Paver Finisher, in sub-base/base course on a well prepared under-base and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of Driversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406). with all lead & lift 10 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate as per Table 400-10 & 400.11 to Wet Mix Macadam specifications including premixing the Material with water to OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill) as per design mix, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers, with motor grader/F.E. loader/Paver Finisher, in sub-base/base course on a well prepared under-base and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of Driversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406). with all lead & lift 11 Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface of granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @6 kg/10 sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the Material uniformly at specifiedrates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH specification : Cl. 502, 112 12 Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @0.2 kg/sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the Material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH specification Cl. 502, 112. 13 Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per Table 500-7, Grading-2, for base/binding course including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader and heating & mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) in hot mix plant (40-60 TPH), transporting the mixed Material in tipper to paver (sensor as per clause 504.3.5), and laying mixed Material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling by power roller and vibratory compactor as per Cl. 501.6 & 501.7 to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat.
