    Name Of Work: - “Kishore Bharati Krirangan - Clubhouse (1St Floor) - Repairing Of Floor Tiles Joint By Using Epoxy Grouting Materials.”Water proofing treatment of the existing joints of Floor tiles : The process involves cutting the joints of existing floor tiles to a width of 3mm to 4mm and a depth of 8mm to 10mm. The cut joints shall then be thoroughly cleaned using an air blower and water. Following cleaning, an initial injection of acrylic splash solution shall be applied along the entire cut length. This will be followed by a second injection using a polymer-grade solution. Proper curing must be ensured after each application. Subsequently, tile joints shall be filled with a three-component epoxy grouting material, levelled to match the surface of the tiles. Prior to epoxy application, masking tape shall be applied on both sides of the joints to prevent any spreading of the epoxy solution onto adjacent tile surfaces. The entire procedure shall be executed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and under the supervision and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope includes all materials, labour, cleaning of existing tiles, and any incidental charges necessary to complete the work to a high standard.
