Tender For Repair Of Wall, Roof And Floor In Govt Inter College Mataundh - Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60metres. (SOR Item No. 697) 2 Dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60metres. (SOR Item No. 706) 3 12mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10mm with 1part of cement and 6 part of find sand of 1.25 fineness modulus. (SOR Item No. 586) 4 12mm thick plaster on ceiling minimum thickness not less than 10mm with 1part of cement and 3 part of Coarse sand mortar. As per SOR Item No. (583+587) 5 Providing and Laying cement based putty of avarege thickness 1mm og approved brand manufacture over the plstered wall surface to preare the surface even and smooth complete. 6 4 cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified over and Excluding base concrete consisting of cement fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm. gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints ofthe panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SOR ITEM NO. 602+605 7 Granolithic Marble flooring 2.5 cm (3/4) thick layer of 1 part Cement 2 parts of approved coarse sand and 4 parts of 2 cm (3/4) graded approved stone chips including 5mm (1/4)thick surface coat with ordinary cement black or white or grey or mixed marble chips passing 3mm (1/8) but retained on 1.5mm (1/16) mesh screen in proportion of 1:2 as specified or directed by the Engineer-in-charge and polished by hand or by machine and finally finished with French mansion polish or any other approved polish and including 8 cm (3) lime concrete with brick ballast, white lime and surkhi in proportion for base including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper compleetion of the work. 8 Providing and fixing glass strips of 3.15 mm (1/8) thickness in joints of floor and skirting at the time of laying floor, flush with floor including labour, tools and plants etc. complete. SOR item No. 631 i(b) (3.5cm depth) 9 Same as above Item No. 8 but SOR item No. 631 i(a) (2.2 cm depth) 10 2cm (3/4) thick cement plaster in dado of skirting in 12 consisting of one part of cement and two parts of approved coarse sand laid in panels, finished with 3mm 1/8) flooating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
