M.C.H (2024-25)- 1 Preventive and corrective Non-Comprehensive annual maintenanceCharges of Fire Detection Systemwith 24 x7 basis Attendent atJ.B. Roy S.Ay. M.C.H.including Software Maintenance , Renewaland Entier Cablewith Networking Arrangement,Panel Battery .,Testing & Commissioning as When Require.Location - (i) J.B. Roy S.Ay. M.C.HTotal No Equipments :-Detector =510, MCP=24 Nos, Hooter=24Nos, 2 Loop Panel= 4Nos (Sequitron make) 2 i) The agency Depute one trained technician at site during Daily reglar Office Hour includingSaturday, Sunday &all Holidays . 3 ii) Agency should dismantled and reinstall before and after if any civilor electrical installation work with minor fixing accesories 4 iii) Agency have to visit for all the above mentioned system for physically inspect the health of the system minimum monthly one time by Equipped Engineer of this Field and Submit report Accordingly 5 iv) Agency have to clean all the detectorsonce in every two month. 6 v) Agency have to mitigate all the trouble, alarm or any others fault on priority basis. 7 vi)Agency have to mitigate all the trouble, alarm or any others fault on priority basis. 8 vii) Agency have to look after break down Maintenance With 24x7 Hour Basis Along with all Kind of Tools Equipment Ladder etc 9 Penalty Cause :-(Viii) In case of absence ofTrained Technician at the site then Rs-420/- per Day to be Deducted from the bill of the agency . 10 If rectification work not done(without valid Reason ) within 24 Hours of information received about the Breakdown /FaultThen the Daily 1000/- to be deducted from bill value of the Agency 11 Incase any special maintence additional Man power ,Engineer requre which to be deployed by the agency is own cost. 12 ix)Agency have to maintain logbook and take signature from Engineer based on their monthly activity.x) Mock Drill is to be carried out Monthly basis . Failing whichRs. 500/- p.m. will be penelised from the Bill 13 xi) Agency have to done monthly one mock drill program with the respective client or engineer. Cost of register to be maintained for mock drill is in the scope of Agency. 14 xii)Agency have to do monthly trouble shooting and rectify the critical break down as an when required. 15 xiii)The Non-inclusive item to be supplied by the depertment incase any replacement of Spare Parts required 16 xiv)New installation will come to the maintenance purview automatically after DLP preiod . 17 (Rate should be quotated including PF, ESI, and Bonusall taxes and duties, GST)
