Building, Pratapgarh. - Cement concrete with 4cm guage approved stone ballast,coarse sand2.5 FM and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour,tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. 2 Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the engineer - in charge within a distance of 60 meters (200Ft). 3 Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse of as directed by engineer in charge within a distance of 60m. 4 15mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 6 part of coarse sand. Minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.1 cement : 6 coarse sand. 5 Class-150 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and six coarse sand sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar infoundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work. 6 Class-150 brick work 1:6 cement & coarse sand of 1.50 fineness modulus mortar insuper-structure including necessarycutting andmouldingofbricksrequiredandalsoincludinghoney comb brick workthickness of wall more than one brick and for extra labour to above items. 7 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : one coat on proviously old surface. 8 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/ 10 sqm). 9 One coat oil distemper on proviously old distempring surface including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.As above but for every coat after the first coat. 10 Painting or warnishing on iron / wood work in small area or with one coat on previously painted old surface. 11 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 12 Providing and fixing curtain rods of 1.25mm thick cromium plated brass plate with, Two cromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P brass screws and wooden plugs etc. wherever necessary complete (a) 20mm dia 13 Supply and fixing curtain for window size 1.50*1.65m suitable colour and shade as per direction of E/I. 14 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone of size 12.5mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement (25mm thick floor). 15 Providing and laying of 8 to 10 mm thick ivory or light shade vitrified tiles of 600 mmX 600 mm size in flooring or skirting laid with 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement :3 coarse sand) finishing with cement slurry & with pigment grouting & polishing complete i/c supply of all materials, labour T& P required for proper completion of work. 16 Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 17 Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :4.0 mm thick glass panes 18 Providing & fixing stainless steel sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc complete.
