Tender For Construction Of Control Room At Sirsa Pump Canal - Construction of control room with all cost of material labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work at Sirsa Pum Canal.(GST will be paid extra as per govt. norms) 2 Earth work in excavation in treanches for foundations and pipes, cable etc. in ordinary soil (Loan clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 50m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of 50m. 3 Earth filling in plinth under floors including watering, ramming, cosolidating and watering, ramming, cosolidating and dressing complete including lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m. 4 Cement concrete with 40mm gauge approved stone ballast,coarse sand & cement in proportion stone ballast,coarse sand & cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plant etc. required forproper completion of the work. 5 DAMP PROOF COARSE -2.5cm thick Damp proof coarse withcement concrete consisting one part of cement, 1.5part approved coarse sandand 3 part approved 10mm graded stone agreegate and including water proofing materials as ordered by E/I. in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer. 6 ANTI TERMITE TREETMENT PRE CONSTRUCTIONProviding and injecting chemical emulsion for pre constructional antitermite treetment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pits, wall treanches, basement. Excavation top surface of plinth filling junction of wall and floor along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surroundingof pipes and conduit etc. complete ( Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as perI.S. 6313(part II 1981). Aldrine emulsifiable concentrate any other approved materials such asHeptrachlor or chlordance will be used. The rate of application of chemicalemulsion shall be asfollows: (1) Treetment for masonary & foundation 5litres per sqm. (2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5litres per sqm. STEEL & IRON WORK-M.S. or Iron work in angle Iron door and window frame including cutting,welding & wastage including supplyof all materials, labour T&P etc. requiredfor proper completion of the work. 14 Same as in item 502 above but in Steel Z- section window excluding glass panes. 15 S/F M.S. sheet1mm thick in windows and ventilatersincluding supply of all materials , labour, T&P required for proper completion of the work. 16 Providing and fixing1mm thick ms sheet garage door with frame of 40x40x6mm (1.5x1.5x.25) angle iron 3.15 mm (1/8) thick M.S. gusset plate at junction and corner including supply and fixing of necessary fittings, lock rall of 15 length of oxidise iron including pintels hooks at the top and applying a priming coat of red led paint on all sides complete. 17 PLASTER AND POINTING -12mm cement plaster 1:3 cement and Corse sand mortar. 18 PAINTING AND DISTEMPERING -Finishing wall with white coloured two coats of approved make of Birla/j.K. wall puttyincluding cost of all materials, labour ,T&P required for proper complition of work 19 Distepering (First coat) with oil bounddistemper of approved brand and manufactureand of required shade on undecorated wallsurface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primerof approved brand and manufacture shch as Berger, J & N Shalimar, Asian Paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other for eignmatter and also including prepairing the surface even with Plaster of Paris or approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials. 20 As in item No. (649) above but for everycoat after first coat or subsequent coat.(One Coat) 21 Painting two coat of synthethic enamel paint on new surface (excluding cost of primer) superior quality such ashighgloss, apcolite, superic, dulux, including cost of all materials, labour ,T&P required for proper complition of work 22 FLOORING -2.5cm(1.0) thick 1:2:4 plain cementconcrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2cm(1) graded approved stone, laid in panels finished with 3mm (1/8) floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dustin ratio of 5:1 as specified over and including 8cm(3) thick base concrete cosisting of cement fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4cm(1.5) gauge in the proportion of1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completionof the work. 23 Providing & Fixing glass Strips of 5.5mm in joints of floors and skirtings at the time of laying floors flush with floor level including all materials, labour, Tools & Plants etc.complete.
