Tender For Repair / Maintenance To Existing Hard Standing And Other Associated Works; 1 Contract Details 2 Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)all as specified and directed . 3 S&F in repair machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade (coloured), with grey cement and pigment laid over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete. 4 M&L for sand filling 50 mm thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl. cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified. 6 M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and colourpigment including screed bed 15mm thick cement plaster 1:6as specified and directed. 7 Demolition of Brickwork P.C.C. blocks / stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar all as specified and directed. 8 M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete Type C1 1:3:6(20mmgraded aggregate )Set incement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 M & L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface using 1:4 cement plaster in walls etc.including finishing even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not othewise provided for , as specified and directed. 12 S&F Mild steel in Framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bar shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders,framed balusters, walk ways drain covers,railings framework for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 13 M& L for preparation new surface of steel, priming with red oxide zinc chrome andtwo coat of synthetic enamel painting ofsurfaces of any description, exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint 14 M& L for preparation Old surface of steel, one coat of synthetic enamel painting ofsurfaces of any description, exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint 15 Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4(20 mm graded aggregate in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed and specified. 16 Removing building materials etc.to a distance of 5km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination
