Implementation of ITPHDS - 1Nos of Work in Madurai East Block in Madurai District for the Year 2025-2026 Package No - 1; 1 Name of Work:- Construction of Anganwadi Building at Veerapandi nagar Village in Karupaiyurani Panchayat 2 Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete 3 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, conso 4 Supply and Filling in basement with Gritty gravel in layers not more than 15 cm thick and well rammed, watered and consolidated including all labour charges as oper standard specification 5 Brick work in cm 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cu.cm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 6 Basement 7 Above Basement 8 Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam, coloum,sunshade etc complete., 9 Below GL 10 Above GL 11 R.C.C 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete 12 Supplying and fabrication of steel rods including cost and conveyance of steel as per std specification etc., complete 13 Weathering course with broken brick jeely for 20 mm size mixed with pure slacked lime (no sand to be used) in proposation of 32:12.5 cft to proper gradient,well beation with wooden beaters etc 14 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 20 mm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 12 mm thick mixed wit water prrofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% widtht of cement used and te joint pointed including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete 15 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete 16 Plastering with Cement Morter 1:3 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyanceof all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc 17 Fabrication and supply of mild steel Door of any size with single leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 G plate etc complete. 18 Fabrication and supply of mild steel window of any size with single leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 G plate etc complete. 19 Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mmof approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixe 20 Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at th 21 Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and ThreeM.Sand)base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever 22 Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panellingwherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers) (25mm thick) 23 Distembering two coats oil bound distemberover priming coatinculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etccomplete ( Innerwall ) 24 Plastic emulsion painttwo coatsover priming coatinculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etccomplete ( outer wall ) 25 Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing.The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours.It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface.Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers.
