PROVN OF 315 KVA TRANSFORMER FOR AUGMENTATION OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY AT DG CLAWS, DG RR, DG ARMY AVIATION AND ADJACENT HQS AT CARRIAPA PARADE GROUND & PROVN OF LT XLPE CABLE AND LT PANEL FOR ADM BLOCK ANDMT AREA INCLUDING CONNECTING ITEMS AT ARMY HQ INT BN UNDER THE AOR OF AGE SLDC E/S UNDER GE (U) ELECT SUPPLY DELHI CANTT-10; 1 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer as per IS: 1180 part - I (latest edition), level - III, step down, copper wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 315 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LV) and having taping at +5% to +10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changergear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade crgo with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 (latest edition) marked and shall comprise of the following :(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete.(b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out single core 630 sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete.(c) conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage.(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel).(e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, Oil drain filter valve, at bottom of the tank Lifting ligs, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. 2 (f) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body.(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.(j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Deta at 90 degree celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree celsius -0.04, flash point 140 Degree celsius and sluge 0.1% by weight.(l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer.(m ) Tranformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I (latest edition) with energy Effeciency level - III.(n) Oil temperator indicator, winding temperature indicator, marshlig box single window, double flit buchoiz relay with alarm and trip contact including connection to existing RMU/VCB relay with PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 10 core 1100 volts grade.NOTE:- (i) Rate quoted includes the cost of making and Testing of controll wiring connection at the Transformer and RMU/VCB for the Temperature alarm/Trip, Gas alarm/Trip.(ii) Control cable shall be measured and paid seperately. 3 Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of 11 KV (earth) grade of size 120 Sqmm 3 Core (Heavy duty) with straded compacted circular aluminium conductor screened with extruded semi- conducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, inner sheeath of thermoplastic tape, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip, armoured and overall FRLS PVC sheathed confirming to IS-70298, Part-II with latest amendments laid in cable Ducts/Trays/Tranches/Encased in GI pipe/RCC/DWC HDPE pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavyduty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Cables of size 150 Sq mm 3.5 core.Note :- Excavation, earth work, cable protection, sand fillings, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately. 5 Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavyduty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Cables of size 120 Sq mm 3.5 core.Note :- Excavation, earth work, cable protection, sand fillings, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately. 6 Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavyduty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-Charge. Cables of size 630 Amp single core. Note :- Excavation, earth work, cable protection, sand fillings, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately. 7 Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in replacement LT XLPE UG cable insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductorof 50sqmm 3.5 core including dismantling of old unserviciable cable. complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-Charge. 8 Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in replacement LT XLPE UG cable insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductorof 16 sqmm 4 core complete including dismantling of old unserviciable cable complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-Charge. 9 Supply and fixing multi core round PVC insulated copper conductor (flexible) industrial cables PVC sheathed cables, 1100 volts conforming to IS : 694 of size 2.5 Sqmm, 3 core panel to street light inside/outside pole complete all as specified. 10 Material and labour for boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 Material and labour for boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by trenchless Technology using ultra sounding Technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 160mm dia suitable for 0.6 MPA working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTES :- (i) The contractor will be responsible for taking permission from appropriate authority i.e. NHAI/IGL/ if needed units, needed for above said work.(ii) Trenchless depth shall not be less than 2 mtr from ground level until or otherwise required due to site requirement and contractor has to maintain the trenchless depth upto 4 mtrs from ground levelallquoted rates shall deemed to be included to maintain the trench less depth as directed during excavation to avoid damages to the existing services. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for repairs/rectification for damaged done to the existing/ communication and water supply system /sewage system during excavation of work. 12 Supply & fixing for GI Tubes of size 50 mm dia light grade, galvanised, with all fitting, laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 13 Supply & fixing for GI Tubes of size 80 mm dia light grade, galvanised, with all fitting, laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 14 Supply & fixing for GI Tubes of size 100 mm dia light grade, galvanised, with all fitting, laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5mbelow normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 X 6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electricalplate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof.
