(i) Where ever there is head cum cross regulator , no separate staff would be taken.(ii) If two head/cross regulator are with in 1 km reach no, separate staffwould be taken (BSR 2023 Item no 30a Page no 89Chapter no 18) 2 Regulation & patrolling of feeder/Main/ branch /Distributory and minor canal of canal irrigation project withtheir own conveyance system ( Two Wheelerwith POL) and mobile ( with recharge pack) for communicting with site incharge or control room inculding jute rassi torch fawda etc. all T&P reqired for regulation(BSR2023 Item no 31A&B Page no 89 Chapter no 18) 3 (A) Canal having discharge capacity 100 cusecto 500 cusec ( EBC Ch. 252 to 745) 4 (B) Canal having discharge capacityup to 100 cusec ( Jaloda , Kankaradisty & its minor ) 5 Supplying of well stitched earth filled bags of capacity, weigh not less than 40 kg per bag at site etc. complete. (b) Plastic bag (item no. 26 b page no. 88) 6 Hydraulic excavator/ loador like J C B / poclain. Hitachi etc.with all accessories (for actual site working, idle period ) having bucket capacity (b) upto 0.4 0 Cum.(hire chargag without disel, but with operational staff, M-oile,spares& lubricants, 7 (A) Hydraulic excavator (BSR 2023 Item no 21A Page no 10) 8 (B) Diesel 5 Lt. per Hrs Consumption (BSR 2023 Item no 27Page no 6)
