No. 04)- 1 Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding late rite and sand stone) including removing spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, leveling dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm. 2 Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with earth. in layer not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (payment to be on basis of measurement of finished quantity of work.)(a) With earth obtainedfrom excavation of foundation 3 © with carried earth arrange by the contractor within a radius of 1 km 4 Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to Proper level and filling joints with local sand. 5 Cement Concrete with graded stone (30 mm size) excluding shutteringIn ground floor and foundation.(a) 1:3:6 proportion 6 Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor. In foundation & plinth 7 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. 8 Reinforcement for Reinforced Concrete work in the all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. Including supplies of rods , initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(a)For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m. (i)Tor Steel/Mild SteelJSW / JSPL / SHYAM / SRMB / BMASL / ELECTRO STEEL /SSL 9 Hire and labour for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout and thick hard wood planks ……………. Fitting, fixing & striking out after completion of works (upto roof of groung floor)(b)With out staging in foundation and plinth. 10 Artificial stone in floor,dado, staircase etc. with cement conctrete (4:2:1) with stone chips laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (2:1) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners and including application of cement slurry before flooring works, using cement @ 1.75 kg./sq.m. all complete including all materials and labour.In ground floor.3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted) with ordinary cement.In 1st floor.20 mm. thick Floor 11 125 mm th. brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor. 12 Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality Ceramic tiles in walls and floors to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc.(B) WallWith Sand Cement Mortar (1:3) 15 mm thick & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91 Kg/Sq.m & joint filling using white cement slurry @ 0.20kg/Sq.m. (a) Area of each tile upto 0.09 Sq.m Coloured decorative 13 Plaster (to wall, floor, celling etc.) with sand and cement morter including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface](ii) With 1:4 cement morter(a) 20 mm thick plaster 14 (b)15 mm thick plaster 15 © 10 mm thick plaster 16 Neat cement punning about 1.50 mm. th. in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc.NOTE : Cement 0.152 cu. M. per 100 sq. m. 17 (a) M.S.Gate of Jail Type as per approved design made of strong M.S. frame work intermediate stiffeners and round / square bars or angles, M.S. Sheet (not less than 14 guage) gussets, cleats etc. including necessary riveting, bolting, welding, locking and hanging arrangements, fitting and fixing complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.i) In Ground Floor: 18 Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound prinmer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. 19 (A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sandparpering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary.(b) On steel or other metal surface:With super gloss (hi-gloss) iv) Two coats(with any shade except white) 20 Applying decoretive cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same throughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturers specification. 21 R.C.C. well ring made with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 with stone chips and 0.80% reinforcement (including the cost of shuttering and reinforcement) cast at site fitted and fixed in position after proper curing true to plumb in the well including jointing with cement mortar 1:2complete as per direction.a) 65 mm thick and 0.9 metre internal dia. 22 Sinking Precast R.C. well ring made with cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone chips and necessary reinforcement fitted and fixed in position true to plumb including all labour and hire charges of tools and Plant complete as directed and jointing rings with cement mortar (1:2)(a) 90 cm dia (internal) 23 Supplying, fitting & fixing approved patent vent cowl I.C.I. conforming to I.S.S and painting two coats to the exposed surface with approved paint complete. (Payment of Painting will be paid seperately). 100 mm dia. 24 Supply of UPVC pipes (B Type) & fittings conforming to IS13592-1992 (A) (i) Single Socketed 3 Meter Length. 110mm dia. 25 Plain Y-Junction110 mm dia 26 Supplying, fitting and fixing Flat back urinal (half stall urinal) in white vitreous chinaware of approved make in position with brass screws on 75mm X 75 mm X 75 mm wooden blocks complete.(i) 635 mm X 395 mm X 420 mm 27 Supplying, fitting and fixing Squating plate with integral flushing in whitevitreous chinaware of approved make in cement concrete (6:3:1) withjhama chips complete.
