    Replacement of chlorine machine at BMCH PH 2 and miscellaneous works at Burdwan medical college & hospital under Central Mechanical Division P.H.E. Dte.- 1 BMCH PH-2 2 Supply & delivery of thefollowing materials. 3 1.1 kv GRADE 10 sq.mm 3core XLPE insulated Al. Ar. armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988, with upto date amendments. 4 Supply, delivery and storage at siteof automatically controlled diaphragm type chlorinator dosing pump with flow rate 100 LPH and maximum pressure of 10Kg/CM2 with all accessories for pump & motor, foundation bolt, suction and discharge Flange and with storage tank of dosing solution of 100Ltr. Capacity and the prime mover to be coupled with pump of 0.5 H.P. 3 Phase, 1450 RPM squirrel cage TEFC induciton motor, Motor will be IE2/IE3 (Make of Machine : Swelore/Any other approved, Make of Motor : ABB / CGL /KEC / Any other approved make) 5 Supply & delivery and installation of M.SShade for installation of chlorine machine at out side consist of 16 SWG M.S sheetand the frame consist of 5 mm thick M.S angle after welding finished by powder coated paint as per direction. 6 BMCH-5 7 Supply & fitting fixing of 45 watt, LED Fixture set for Phillips Model no. BRP 031 LED with 40mm. dia. × 2.5mtr. long G.I pipe bracket fixing on wall of the Pump House with 3nos. M. S. clamp properly grouting including making power connection with supply and drawing 2.5sq.mm. copper flexible cable wire with controlling sub switch and continuous earthing from nearest junction board all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 8 BMCH-4 & 5 9 Supply & fitting fixing of 4ft long 20 watt LED tube light set.make-Phillips/approved make 10 Add GST @ 18% 11 Add Cess @ 1%
