| 1 | Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip of size 32x6 mm with GI medium grade protection pipe of 40 mm dia for earth electrode upto test point or upto 7.5 mtr whichever is less, by meansbolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (1:3:6) type C1 and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 of 40 mm, watering pipe 20 mm dia GI pipe, wire mesh, funnel, lugs, charcoal, salt etc complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 or SSR Part-I including taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed.Note : i) GI strip and GI pipe 40 mm dia beyond 7.5 metres per earth will be measured and paid separately.ii) On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing shall be redone at his own cost. |
| 2 | M&L for replacement of 32x6 GI Earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | S&F Earthing complete with Copper plate electrode 600x 600x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate, not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip earth lead of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts/check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron, protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 50 mm dia and connected to main switch/control board including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for earth chamber,40 mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 6 mm dia TMT Bars at 140 mm ccboth ways,watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, wire mesh, lugs, charcoal and salt etc complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part I and testing complete including removing unserviceable any type of items all as specified and directed.Note : i) Copper strip and GI pipe 50 mm dia beyond 7.5 metres per earth will be measured and paid separately.ii) On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing shall be redone at his own cost. |
| 4 | Taking down and Repair/ Replacement of Material & Labour Chemical Earthing, maintenance free with 17.2mm electrode copper coated steel rod 3 mtrs long using 23 kg of powerfill and 9kg power set compound with brass clamps(earth pit not less than 3.0 M deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the electrode connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm by means of bolts, and nuts check nuts and washers of brass including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning and filling, removal of soil to a distance not exc 50 mts, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber with RCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40MM thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement all as specified and directed and tested on completionNote:- On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing shall be redone at his own cost. |
| 5 | M&L for replacement of Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductor and down conductor above ground . |

| 7 | Supply and fixing in repairs single pointed air termination Aluminiumrod 12mm dia 300 mm long for fixing on GI strip duly suitable fixing arrangement and making threading in one end and suitable nut with check nuts of air termination rod all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. |
| 8 | M&L for replacement of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphrus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 no.8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified. |
| 9 | M&L for replacement of medium grade galvanised pipewith all fittings and fixed complete to walls, floors and roof of size 40mm dia for fixing of air termination rod. |
| 10 | Supply and fixing in replacemet of Lighting arrester 9 mtr 60mm medium grade GI pole with round block six copper Air termination rod including excavation , PCC and supporting as required as per site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 11 | Repair/replacement of Earth pit including funnel , earthpit cover as per site requriment all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Supply only Eco friendly maintenance free earthing compound to enhance Soil conductivity packed in eco friendly HDPE Laminated paper Bag of capacity 25 Kg all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Supply only White Eathing saltcrystal type packed in Eco friendly HDPE laminated paper bag of capacity 50Kg all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
