Filling of oil and complete testing as per IS for repaired transfomer.( BDV, Insulation test, Continuity test, polarity test, losses calucations, vector group ) Details of Transformer : 630 KVA, 11KV/ 440 V, dy11, oil filled with tap changer. 3 Replacement of Insulation of 630 KVA Transformer 4 Replacement of HV copper of 630 KVA TransformerTransformer. 5 Replacement of LV copper of630 KVA TransformerTransformer. 6 Painting and Sand blasting for 630 KVA TransformerTransformer. 7 Testing charges for 630 KVA Transformer transfomer on site. 8 Replacement of Tap changer ( OCTC) of 630 KVA Transformer. 9 Replacement of HV bushings with metal part ( 250 A, 22 KV ) of 630KVA Transformer. 10 Replacement of LV bushing with Metal Parts ( 1000 A , 1KV ) of 630KVA Transformer. 11 Connection of 630KVA transfomer at site at HV and LV side with suitable termination kit. 12 Supply and filling of New Transformer oil for Top up purpose on site for 630KVA trasformer. 13 Service and calibration of Oil level indicator of 630 KVA trasformer. 14 Replacement of silica gel breather , minimum 500 gm. 15 Replacement of Gasket and hardware as required for 630 KVA oil filled transformer. 16 Transportation charges from IISER Pune to workshop and return, including all labour, crane charges, hoiest etc are required as complete.
