The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 10 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 11 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than50 gram/litre 12 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) 13 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead : (a)With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). 14 Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains, septic tank and the like. 15 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. One coat 16 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 17 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work. 18 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface 19 Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank(inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes,duster etc. removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking tha date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removedwith paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account) 20 Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consistfollowing operations:(i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and otherdeposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. Washed with water jet presure disposal of collectec silt debries etc. to the MCD dumping ground all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. All necessary safty measures shall be taken by agency during operation at his own cost & he will be responsible for any lapses. 53 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 0.5 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 54 Providing & fixing 3mm thick translucent white acrylic plastic sheet in steel/wooden window, ventilators shutters etc. by M-seal putty and nails wherever reqiured instead of glass panes complete as per direction in engineer- in- charge. 55 Lift of spreading stone/gravel from RWh recharge pit of all depth and stacking ofmaterial after separating them into different sizes, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Stone/gravel of all sizes 56 Maintenance and up keeping of all internal & external assets of ITI buildings complete. All Sundries items etc. are to be arrange by the contractor, labour, T&P (required for Mason, Carpenter, Plumber, Sewerman) etc. as required on all days. The day to day maintenance under this item shall include the following operations : (The material shall be arranged by department separately) Maintenance of sewerage, drainage system and desiliting of gully traps, manholes etc. within the campus like opening / cleaning of chocked sewer pipes, drains, manholes, gully traps etc. at all floors and vertical stacks of sewer pipes and rain water pipes of all sizes including thorough cleaning once of all soil waste and rain water pipes, drains, manholes, gully traps etc. on regular basis to keep sewerage & drainage system to make functional including disposal of silt, malba, waste, garbage etc. to the authorized dumping ground complete to the entire satisfaction and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Maintenance and cleaning of chajjas, roofs, areas below and around the water storage tanks, expansion joints, etc. and removing of cobwebs, beehives, vegetation, shrubs, small trees with roots including cutting and restoration of brick wall/roof/RCC and finishing the same to the original finish, disposal of silt, vegetations malba etc. to the authorized dumping ground to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of the engineer-in-Charge.Maintenance and operation of water supply grid system i/c grid and valves also including unfiltered water lines to keep the water supply system efficient and operational at all times complete to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charges. Maintenance, repairing and fixing of existing damaged doors, windows, ventilators of steel, wood, PVC, pannelled, panalled and glazed, flush door etc. at all floors and heights including fixing of all necessary fittings, pannelling, glazing, replacement of damaged G.I. wiremesh in windows/doors including Painting etc. complete wherever required to keep them in proper functional conditions to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Maintenance and repair of plumbing system for the entire campus i/c stopping leakages or over flow of water from PVC/RCC overhead tanks and , water closet cisterns and replacement of damaged G.I. pipes and fittings of all dia (internal and external), all fittings of PYC/PTMT/Brass/CP Brass for bib cocks, stop cocks, pillar cocks, angle valves, valve cocks/float ball & PVC tank cover for all capacities etc. to keep the entire water supply system efficient and functional to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Maintenance and repair of internal and external plaster, ceiling plaster, pointing, flooring masonry work, leakages from roof, C.C. Gola, RCC work wherever required i/c dismantling to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Welding by three/single phase electric welding machine i/cwelding rods etc. transportation to site at all floors with generator to weld broken grills, hinges, doors, windows, gates, railings, security doors and M.S. Sheet Garage door etc. excluding cost of material and fitting matching with existing one and any other steel work of class rooms offices, parks, boundary walls etc. to make functional complete in all respect and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
