    Tender For Replacement Of Roof Sheeting Including Gutter, Runner And Installation Of Roof Top Safety Railings Etc. For The Fg Yard Shed For Industrial Packaging-Asaoti Plant Dismantling of old Sheets, Gutter & PVC pipes – Removal of old top roof sheets and Disposing it to scrap yard or other location in plant premises as per engineer instruction Note: The rates shall be inclusive of providing covering arrangement if requires during removal and till completion of roofing sheets without affecting the production Pre-coated GI Roof Sheeting – Providing and fixing of 0.45 mm TCT, Pre-coated Corrugated Profiled Roof Sheets of Yield strength 350 to 550 MP, and galvanization as per IS 277 with minimum zinc deposition 150 GSM, having epoxy primer minimum 5 microns DFT, Alkyd backer minimum 5 microns DFT, polyester top coat minimum 15 microns and total coating thickness minimum 30 microns (Make: TATA / JINDAL/approved equivalent) with self-screw on the roof.
