Tender For Green House-2No, Net House And Repairing Of Genetics Lab At Shodh Parishad- Shahjahanpur - Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m.(5 fts.) and lead upto 30m.(100 fts.) & including filling. watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30 m.(100 fts.) from the foundation trenches. 3 Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials.labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete. also including cost of formwork in foundation 4 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 5 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate 6 Class 150 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and six coarse sand sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar infoundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work. 7 Brick work in super-structure above plinth level up to floor two level (up to two storeys) includingnecessary cutting and moulding of bricks as requiredand also including honey comb brick work thickness of wall not to be less than 1.5 brick thick.
