Tender For Repair Work Of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru Hospital Nagaur - 1 Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 2 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 3 Providing and laying in position specified grade ofcement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor five level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers (if required ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcementfor Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc.M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix 4 Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel propsand removal of formwork for upto floor five level for : Columns, pillars, posts and struts etc. 5 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick 6 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead. 7 Providing and fixing external grade board solid core single leaf flush door shutters ISI 2202-67 marked using Phenol formal dehyderesinin glue both sides with approved steel fittings complete as per annexure A: 30 mm thick . Commercial Veneer both side 8 Providing and fixing to existing door frames 24mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of stiles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2mm +/- 0.2 mm with inbuilt edging on both sides.The stiles and rails mitred and joined at the corners by means of M.S.galvanized/plastic brackets of size 75x220mm having wall thickness 1.0mm+/- 0.1mm and stainless steel screws. The stiles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S.tube of size 20x20mm and 1mm +/-0.1mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of ‘H’ section,a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24mm and 2mm +/- 0.2mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter stiles by means ofplastic/ galvanized M.S.’U’ cleats.The shutter framefitted with a uPVC multi-shambered single panel of size not less than 610mm, having overall thickness of 20mm and 1mm +/- 0.1mm wall thickness. The panels fitted vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6mm galvanized M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (For W.C.and bathroom door shutter). 9 Supplying and Filling in plinth with blown sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete including cost of sand 10 Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. All kinds of soils 15 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mmthickwith20mmthicknominalsizeaggregate. 16 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 17 Providing and applying white cement based puttyover plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete New Plastered Surface (three or more coats) 18 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles and 15x15mmtop & bottom rails. M.S .frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture M.S. frame covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C channel of size 30mm thickness, 70mm width out of which 50mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on either side forming stiles; and 5mm thick, 95mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top bottom and lock rails shall be provided either side of the panel. 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet shall be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with 7mm (5mm +2mm) thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet bending on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacture’s specification & drawing.(For W.C.and bathroom door shutter). 19 Supply and fixing Jodhpur sand stone Machine cut Dash, Coping,sill,lintel fixed in cement sand mortar 1:4. 5 cm (2) thick 20 Supplying and fixing stone lintels/bed plates of approvedquarryroughdressedincement mortar 1:4 : Upto 15 cm. thick.
