Tender For Work In Deposite Scheme In The Area Under Edd-3 Moradabad (Running Contract). - Safe carriage of the following material from Store Centre Majhola/JEs store to work site including loading and unloading at both ends :- 2 13 Mtr./11 Mtr./9 Mtr./8.5 Mtr. Long PCC/ST Poles. 3 ACSR Weasel/Dog Conductor. 4 11/0.4 10 KVA Transformers. 5 11/0.4 25 KVA Transformers. 6 11/0.4 63 KVA Transformers. 7 LT A.B.C. Cable. 8 11 KV XLPE cable of size 3x70 sq.mm./ 3x120 sq.mm./ 3x180 sq.mm. etc. 9 Line material such as Cross-Arms, Pin Insulators, Guarding Angles, Guarding Wire, Disc Insulators and Cable Jointing Kits etc. 10 CT/PT Unit 11 11 KV pilfer proof metering cubical. 12 Dismantling of the line by :- 13 Removing of ACSR Weasel/Dog conductor from all phases on line, making bundle and stacking at a safe place. 14 Uprooting of 13 Mtr./11 Mtr./9 Mtr./8.5 Mtr. Long PCC/ST Poles. 15 For 11 KV Line, Single support 13/11/9/8.5 Mtr. long ST/PCC Poles :- Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75mm.) in the bottom of the pit. Erection of support (pole) complete with fixing of 11 KV V-Type cross-arms and all other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arms, holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts etc. as per RESPO Norms. 16 For 11 KV Line, Double Pole structure with 13/11/9/8.5 Mtr. long ST/PCC Poles :- Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole). Erection of support (pole) complete work by fixing of D.P. Clamps and all other accessories. The work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets, cutting holes complete work as per RESPO Norms. 17 Construction of Tri-Pole Structure on ST Poles including fabrication of MS Angle Channel, Cross Bracing etc. with proving and fitting of all type of clamps made of MS Flat of size 65x8mm. with Nuts, Bolts & washer, grouting of pole in size of 220x45x45 cm. with Cement, Sand and Brick Ballast in the ratio of 1:4:8, as per RESPO Norms. 18 Grouting of Poles Single line support :- Grouting of support in CC 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size 45cm x 45cm x 1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per RESPO Norms. 19 Grouting of stay rods (20x1800mm.) including all works of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)M in the ratio of 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc. 20 Fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts, bolts etc. 21 Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm. long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0M apart from support and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of G.I. Wire No.6 SWG tightening with nuts and bolts. 22 Laying, sagging, stringing and binding of ACSR Weasel/ Dog Conductor with all other accessories on pole as per RESPO Norms. 23 Laying, sagging, stringing and binding of ABC Conductor with all other accessories on pole as per RESPO Norms. 24 Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable of size 3x70 sq.mm./ 3x120 sq.mm./ 3x180 sq.mm. and making connections as per RESPO Norms. 25 Filling and fixing of 11 KV outdoor/indoor type cable jointing kits as per RESPO Norms. 26 Construction of 11 KV Underground Line :- 27 Digging of cable trench in size of 0.45Mtr.x1.05 Mtr. 28 Laying of 11 KV 3x70/120/185 sq.mm. cable in the trench. 29 Providing 150 mm. sand cushion beneath and 150 mm. above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by 1st Class Bricks, two on either side and third on top of the cable, laid in the series one after the other. 30 Refilling and ramming of the left out soil, closing and trench and levelling. Spare cable shall be left in the loop shape at both ends, including providing of all required material and T&P. 31 Fitting of 11 KV Pilfer proof metering cubical including making proper connections. 32 Guarding of 11 KV Line with G.I. wire as per RESPO Norms. 33 Mounting and fixing of 11 KV CT/PT Unit on double pole including making proper connections. 34 Fixing of 11 KV 3Ph-4W TVM Meter at double pole including making proper connections. 35 Mounting and fixing of 10 KVA transformer onpole including making proper connections. 36 Mounting and fixing of 25 KVA transformer ondouble pole including making proper connections. 37 Mounting and fixing of 63 KVA transformer ondouble pole including making proper connections. 38 Providing G.I. Pipe 6” dia for inserting 11 KV XLPE cable for safety of cable on Single/Double Pole by providing and fixing of MS Clamp, Nuts and Bolts. 39 Carriage of following from work site to Store Centre Majhola including loading and unloading at both ends :- 40 13 Mtr./11 Mtr./9 Mtr. Long ST Poles. 41 ACSR Weasel/Dog Conductor/M.S. Scrap. 42 CT/PT Unit. 43 11 KV pilfer proof metering cubical.
