Tender For Civil Work - Roof Sheet Replacement Above Pdc Instrumental Lab Area, Pdc 1St Floor Instrumental Lab Repair Work Removing of Cupboards: Removing of existing wooden cupboard with frame (to be disposed), aluminium doors with frame, windows with frame to be shifted and relocated to the designated location as specified and as site enginner instruction directed with all labour, tools, materials 115mm Brick masonry: Providing and constructing brick work with locally available best bricks in CM (1:4) 1 cement: 4 coarse sand for walls etc, including scaffolding, raking out of joints, curing complete as per the specifications (excluding the plaster). Thickness for all vertical and horizontal joints shall not exceed 10mm. Rate to be applicable for all shapes and sizes, all length and width, height and level. 115mm thick wall Plastering: Providing and laying cement plaster (smooth finish) of 18mm thick for inside and outside walls, ceilings, cupboards etc., curing etc., complete as per the specifications and the rate should include making good chases etc in cement mortar 1:3. Rate to include additional thickness if required to achieve perfect line and level. No extra will be payable on this account. Internal including grooves, corner cement finishing. (Cost includes complete material, labours, tools, tackles and scaffolding etc.) UPVC work: Supplying and fixing of new UPVC windows / Cupboards of CIPET approved sections of size 62mm x 52mm and 112mm x 52mm for outer frame and 42mm x 68mm for shutter frame with approved make of 5mm plain glass, proper mullion / Transoms by providing necessary interlock of size 40mm x 45mm with fittings like reinforcement of 1mm - 3mm thick for all sections approved make of hurricane bars, advanced coupling, flexible PVC gaskets, handles, lock and key type, tags and also to maintain uniform level with rigid frame etc., complete (Openable type) as per the site engineer instruction
