    Tender For Maintenance Work In Paper Store Building At Kuhs-- 1 Providing and laying heavy duty vitrified floor tiles of size 300mm x 300mm and15mm thick with water absorption less than 0.5% of approved make, in all coloursand shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints withwhite cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding thecost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 )1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 3 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stackingmaterial within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm 4 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to givean even shade:One or more coats on old work 5 Finish walls with Acryllic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:Old work (One ormore coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) 6 Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and falseceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking ofserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as directed by Engineer - in-Charge 7 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of requiredcolour to an give even shade:One or more coats on old work 8 engaging fitter (grade 1)
