Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding thecost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 )1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stackingmaterial within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to givean even shade:One or more coats on old work

Finish walls with Acryllic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:Old work (One ormore coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm)

Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and falseceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking ofserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as directed by Engineer - in-Charge

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of requiredcolour to an give even shade:One or more coats on old work
