Tender For Repair To Leakage/Seepage, Sunkeen Treatment, Roof Treatment And All Its Connected Works In Zone-Ii And Iii At Mil Stn Amba; 1 Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwisespecifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in sunken/roof surfaces in CM 1:3surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extracement) complete all as specified and directed. 3 M & L for sunken floor water proofing treatment as follows -:(a) complete remvoing of existing treatment and cleaning of dust removal to all loose existing sunkenfloor any material manually and with heat task gun to get smooth plain finished surface including removing of vegetation/plantation with no loose material surface.(b) Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplastic having penteration after setting upto 8mm thick. (c) leveling of surface to give peoper slope will be done as per site requriments with shalipatch or equivalent make as approved by GE.(d)Apply cold bituminous mortar and cold emoulsion cum water proofing liquid of shalikote T-10 or equivalent make as approved by GE to create SSD condition on surface with water. (e) Prime the suface with Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (as per surface condition) (f)Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE having alongwith 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm conforming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after.(g) After 7 days apply 0.50mm conforming to ASTM C 412 with no diluation water on primed surface is still tacky with consumptionof 700gm Sqm Lay Geotex of 45 GSM fiber mesh simultaneousaly and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm. 4 (h) Allowed first coat to dry for 10 to 12 hrs.(i) Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 70gm /Sqm in opposite direction of first coat by brush and roller.(j) Allow it to dry 10 to 12 hrs. (k) Allowed 3rdcoat to dry for 10 to 12 hrs. (l) Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing /carring out any further work.(m) Conduct ponding test after minimum 7 days. (n) Apply 2 coats of U V resistand Elastomeric exterior axcrylic weather resistance water proof coating of shalicry 215 or eauivalent make as approved by GE having elongation of 300%.(o) After curing of 14 days conforming to ASTM D-6083 for UV protection of bituminous Elastomeric acrylic emolisified liquid memberance of Tarfelt LM or equivalentmake as approved by GE to give long life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight.Note Application of water proofing treatment will be done by authorised applicator only. 5 M&L Cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 ( 40 mm graded agregate) in Sunkanfilling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 6 Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster/demolition of cement concrete any thickness and removal of debris off the premisesincluding grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust. 7 PCC 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5 mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in roof padding coping, bed blocks etc incl. preparation of surface and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in sunken/roof surfaces in CM 1:3surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extracement) complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply only of liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. 10 APP modified roof treatment cover on existingaccessible RCC roof slab/chajjas/canopy/ perapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the mambrane man with following specifications complete all as specified and directed. (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @0.30 litre/Sqm manufectured by the same agency as that of APP on prepared surfaces. (b) Laying not less than 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing mambrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non wooven polyster fibre weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application. 11 M & Ltwo coat of solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint on top of membrane shall be providedas prescribed by manufecturer. 12 M &L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. 13 Dismantlingfloor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. 14 M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thk(square/rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thk(square/rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles joint freein vertical surfaces of wall of size 450x350x7mm/450 x300 x 7mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchover 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3on brick /concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 17 Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete or stone walls, ceiling, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrugbbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed. 18 Rendering 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in two layers, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for 10 mm thick renderingon fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 20 Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaceceilings, in cement mortar 1:3 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed. 21 Matrial and Labour two coats of cement base paint including prepration of new plastered surfaces of wall with chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L incl preparation of newly plastered surfaces ofwalls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting etc complete all as specified and directed. 23 Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white washcomplete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for three coats of white washincl preparation to new plastered surfaces of ceilingcomplete all as specified and directed. 25 Preparation of old decorated brick/concrete/ plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etcby booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, rubbing with sand paper and applying one coat of oil bound distemper onwalls, pillars,cornices surface including making good uneven surface/holes with birla wall care putty coloured in same shade where ever required etc, complete all as specified and directed. 26 Preparation of old decorated brick /concrete, plastered /un-plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices etc (upto four storey bldgs) by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, rubbing with sand paperand applying one coat ofwhite wash on the walls, pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and directed. 27 Preparation of old decorated brick /concrete, plastered /un-plastered surfaces of ceilings, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, oil, greasy spots , rubbing with sand paper and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed. 28 M&L for repairing of concrete surfaces such asbalcony, chajjas, upward or downward facias ,column, pillar, ceiling and similar items with plain cement concrete 1:2:4type B-0 including minimum reinforcement or rendering 10-15mm thickas per site requirement in CM 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed (Up to second storey bldgs and including necessory formwork and scaffolding and provision of minimum reinforcement required as per site condition also taking down or dismantling as required at site). 29 Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable materialfrom the work site ouside defence premises complete all as specified and directed. 30 Brick work with subclass B bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved onplan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 31 Brick work with subclass B bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved onplan exceeding 6 metre mean made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
