Installation, Operation And Maintenance Of Led Screen 20 Feet X 8 Feet, Sound System And Live Event Coverage Anywhere In Jammu Province= 1 Installation, Operation and maintenance of LED Wall (20 Feet x 8 Feet) alongwith manpower for handling, anywhere in Jammu Province P4 or above model.All items as per requirement of different events to be organized by Directorate of Tourism Jammu anywhere in Jammu Division alongwith requisite manpower for handling the installed system 2 Complete DJ/Sound System for cultural events of this Directorate having Top Speakers 1500 watt, Base Speakers, Singing Microphones, Cordless Microphones, Monitor Speakers, Ampliphiers/Boosters, Mixer/Mixing Console, Reverb & Eco effect, and all other allied equipment) for pprox. gatherings of 2000 Pax, anywhere in Jammu Province.All items as per requirement of different events to be organized by Directorate of Tourism Jammu anywhere in Jammu Division alongwith requisite manpower for handling the installed system 3 Public Address System with all the required equipment (as per requirement) alongwith manpower for its operations anywhere in Jammu Province for approx. gatherings of 2000 Pax, anywhere in Jammu Province. 4 Live StreamingMulti cam setup (3 cameras) with switcher and technical manpoowerfor live setup including Live editing through switching multiple console including hardware switcher for live feed on at least 03 media platforms at a single time. All items as per requirement of different events to be organized by Directorate of Tourism Jammu anywhere in Jammu Division alongwith requisite manpower for handling the installed system. The agency shall also provide edited films (as per requirement of the Directorate) of the events live streamed. 5 High Quality Tech Rider for Celebrity Singer Performance for gathering (upto 4000 to 5000 Pax) comprising of Truss (60’x60’), moving heads (24 Nos), Sharpee (20Nos), LED Par (40 Nos), LED WALL 01 No. (30’X16’), Blinder (2Nos.) and other allied items required during the event. All items as per requirement of different events to be organized by Directorate of Tourism Jammu anywhere in Jammu Division alongwith requisite manpower for handling the installed system
