Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Sub Division Office Building At Aen Rii Bhilwara - PART A-Building 2 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Old work (one or more coats) including scrapping surface andnecessaryrepairs.Colour Change 3 Painting exterior surface ofWallwith 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of base with sand papering, primer, putty,etc complete in all respect including scaffolding and safety provision .Old Work 4 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : Two or more coats on old work 5 Half brick masonry in Superstructure , above plinth level upto floor Vlevelusing bricks of designation 75 .Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 6 Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thickbase laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing completewith base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm 7 Supplying and fixing in walls machine cut and polished stone shelves, tands andin CM 1:3 with machine cut edges :Kota stone minimum 30mm thick. 8 Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar). 9 Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceremic tile size 300x300mm confirmingto IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4). 10 Providing and fixing external grade board solid core single leaf flush door shutters ISI 2202-67 marked using Phenol formal, dehydreresin in glue both sides with approved steel fittings complete as per Annexure ‘A’30 mm thick. Commercial veneer both side. 11 Providing and fixing curtain rods of 1.25 mm thick chromium plated brass plate, with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and wooden plugs, etc., wherever necessary complete:20 mm 12 Providing and fixing steel glazed doors windows and ventilator shutters of standard rolled steel section (IS 1038-1983) joints mitred and welded with steel lugs 13x3mm, 10cm. long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10cm. of 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of plain glass panes 4mm thick with cooper glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make or metal beading with screws complete including priming coat of approval steel primer, excluding the cost of metal beading and other fitting except necessary hinges of pivots steel handles peg stay etc. as required :Windows side hung /Ventilators top or centre hung (openable)Deduct for Pin headed 4mm thick glass panels is used instead of 4mm thick plain glass 13 Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance. 14 Providing and fixing of double leaf steel shutterfor cupboard, the frame is made of pressed steelISI section 80x25 mmx1.25 mm thickwith 1.00 mm MS sheet to spot welded including holdfasts of 15x3mm, MS oxidized fittings such as butt hinges, sliding doors bolts, handles, tower bolts and twin peg etc completeincluding applying priming coat of approved steel primer of red oxide zinc chromate andspray painting in approved shade with decopaint of approved quality complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge 15 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick 16 Finishing with neat cement (punning). 17 Renewing glass panes with wooden fillets wherever necessary :4mm thick plain glass panes. 18 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whenever required.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2 19 Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting ( height upto 10 m), fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete 20 Brick work with mechanised autoclaved flyash lime bricks conforming to IS: 12894 :2002 of class designation 100 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). 21 Providing & laying broken glazed titles on roof ( broken glazed tilesnot less than 9 Kg/Sqm) on top of hot bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/Sqm.
