| 4 | Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on Old work (one or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface |
| 5 | Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer\"s specificationon on Old work (one or more coats). |
| 6 | Providing and Painting one or more coats on old work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. |
| 7 | Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of G.S. Sheet. |
| 8 | Free for fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets of any size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto anypitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces. |
| 9 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates including centering and shuttering etccomplete in drain. |
| 10 | 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand). |
| 11 | Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed PVC conduit with piano type switch including dismantling as required (Group A) . |

| 19 | Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fittingof all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required. |
| 20 | Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 A \"C\" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioningetc. as required. |

| 22 | Supplying and fixing 8 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator). |
