| 1 | Notes:-(i) 50 percent nonperishable items of the work shall be deposited by the L1 bidder within 30 days after placing of work order.(ii) The critical path network shall be submitted by L1 bidder immediately after the acceptance of tender and approved by GE.(iii) The bidders must ensure to visit the site, check relevant documents and makes of materials required to be incorporated under the subject from concern Engineer-in-Charge.(iv) The unserviceable material obtained under the schedule of credit shall be handed over to the contractor by the Engineer-in-Charge on a proper gate pass.(v) In case of non-availability of any make mentioned under list of Makes, the L1 Bidder shall obtain non-availability / non-manufacturing certificate from the concern OEM / authorised dealers and submitted to Accepting Officer, the L1 bidder may be incorporated makes as approved by HQ CE SWC Jaipur / HQ CE BTZ in the works after prior approval of Accepting Officer.(vi) L1 Bidder shall produce E-way bill alongwith test certificate from OEM / manufacturer for costly items / major items of amount above Rs 50,000/- along with RAR’s and Final Bill.(vii) L1 Bidder shall be maintained an album containing Photos of all the material brought at site and each stage wise work progress and kept at site. Same shall be deposited in Engineer-in-Charge office after completion of work.(viii) Suffficient tradesman, Labours needs should be employed by the bidder on daily basis and as required by Engineer-in-Charge. (ix) Main Items and fixtures, base materials shall be from the same manufacturer.(x) The cost of all the above provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of bidder, nothing extra shall be paid to the bidder. |

| 31 | NOTES FOR SER ITEM NO 08 TO 25 OF BOQ :(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by contractor as per MOU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e Exterior Emulsion Paint, Distemper, Putty etc after approved by the GE.(b) The Contractor shall submit the documents “Memoradum of Understanding” (MoU) before starting the subject work with atleast one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract documents.(c) Cost of scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures as per site requirement shall be included in the quoted rate.(d) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc as per site requirement.(e) Work in patches and in narrow/ widths, bands, cornices, plasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc drops and splashes of paint to be cleared to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(h) Removing and existing furniture for painting work and replacing the same post painting work, movable cupboard, chicks, blinds etc.(j) Sample patch of 10 sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodicals and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further subject work. |
| 32 | NOTES FOR SER ITEM NO 08 TO 25 OF BOQ(Contd).(k) GUARANTEE OF PERIODICAL SERVICES : Periodical services against respective item of BOQ using mechanized equipment’s only executed under this contract are under the guarantee of contractor for 05 (Five) Years after the certified physical completion of work. Contractor is fully liable under this guarantee to rectify and redo all defective work intimated to him during this period including all type of materials and labour to the specifications catered for in the contract. In case contractor fails to rectify the defective work, Accepting Officer shall get the rectification done as necessary at the risk and cost of contractor and recover the cost in full from the contractor. If the contractor consider that any additional treatment is required over and above that specified here in before in Schedule ‘A’, the same shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government. |
