The rate includes all tools & tackles etc. Nothing will be issued by the GSECL. The contractor has to dispose off the same outside the premises of the GSECL incl. transportation. 28 Labour charges for removing the unwanted plants with roots, shrubs, trees, vegetation growth grown on outside walls, chhajahs, parapet, pipe bend of quartets, buildings, on chhajahs, on terrace, water tanks from G.L. to top of parapet & terrace and digging in concrete/ masonry by cutting the same from roots by using chisel, Kulhadi etc. & pouring acid/chemical on the roots plants for destroying the plants from roots incl. required tools & tackles & suitable materials at any height and any location without damaging adjoining surface, G. pipe line ,C.I. pipe line, PVC Pipe line, window frame etc complete including filling the gap with brick masonry (1:6) & plastering the same in cement mortar (1:3) with nerru finishing the portion carefully and making the plaster same to match with adjoining surface & applying colour wash on plaster with all tools and tackles, ladder making jullas, scaffolding etc disposing of the same in outside colony premises. All the materials & tools & tackles, labours are to be brought by the contractor. The work carried out as per site situation & as per instruction of EIC. (Qty. should be operated wherever required). 29 Providing & applying two coats of exterior premium emulsion paint (excluding priming coat) of approved brand and make as mentioned below on existing plastered surface including finishing & thinning as per manufacturer’s specifications. A gap of 6 hrs. should be given between 2 subsequent coats. The work should be carried out strictly as per manufacturer’s specifications and requirement including scaffolding, jhoolas etc., complete as directed by E.I.C. Berger Paint : Weather Coat Allguard 30 Providing and applying two coats of Janatacem or equivalent heat proof lime wash over the roof terrace of various quarters, office building as per manufacturers specification including cleaning the terrace to make it free from dust etc. applying water before applying the first coat, applying second coat after the first coat becomes dry, applying water after 8 hours etc. and work to be completed as directed & instruction by EIC. 31 Providing and fixing screw down bib taps of following size.(B) Brass chromium plated screws down Bib Tap. (ii) 20mm dia. 32 Providing corrugated G.I. sheet of class-3 roofing fixed with glavanished iron J or L Hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washer or G.I. limpet washer. filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins, Rafters and Trusses.(1) 0.80 mm thick sheet. 33 Steel work, welded in built up sections framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. Hip and jack rafters, purlins conneted to common rafters and the like 34 Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (excluding priming coat) on new / existing structural steel and other metal surface of approved brand and make as mentioned below, up to any height with all tools, tackles and risk of accident. The rate is inclusive of labour cost and scrapping out the corrosion, cleaning the surface by course paper, air/brush/cloth, removing all rust, grease, oil, dust, any foreign material like cement mortar, splashes etc. with wire brush and emery paper including scaffolding, platform, jhoolas and machinery, equipment required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and take all safety measures etc. complete as directed by EIC (Basic rate including taxes per litre Rs.225.00) 1.
