TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE FOR D.R. CUM WORK PERMIT BOOK AND REGISTER -Supply of D.R.CUM WORK PERMIT book as per enclosed specimen at Annexure1, 100 Books - 100 sets per Book - totally 10000 sets. Note Each book should contain 100 sets in duplicate copies. 1st copy WHITE COLOUR PERMIT HOLDER COPY, 2nd Copy GREEN Colour control room copy. Each set should be numbered with a five digit number in the right upper corner starting with 80001 and continuing further. Good quality 75 Gsm map Litho paper A4 Size of chemical coated paper Self carbon should be used to get impression in duplicate paper without carbon paper. All sets should be made such a way that both copies should be tearable from the book at the top end.Good quality chemical coated paper Self carbon should be submitted along with quotation. Final proof reading should be done by indentor before printing. After the approval of proof only bulk printing should be done. Each book should be bound in good quality loose binding. Sample binded book completed with all aspects to be submitted by the vendor for approval before bulk printing and binding 100.00 Numbers 2 D.R.Cum work permit register - 20 Books - as per specimen enclosed in Annexure2. Permit register shall be printed in Landscape orientation as per pamplet-1 Annexure-2a and pamplet-2 Annexure-2b and bound together so that all 17 columns of the register should be visible in a single sheet as per the attached pamphlet full book. D.R.Cum work permit register Books for Operation - 20 Books - 200 pages per Book - totally 4000 pages. Note-Each book shall contain 200 pages. Good quality A4 size paper should beused for printing. Final proof reading will be done by indentor before printing. After the approval of proof only bulk printing should be done. Each book should be bound in good quality corner calico thick board binding. Good quality 75 gsm paper A4 Size should be used. Sample binded book to be submitted for approval before bulk binding.
