Tender For Hvac Tender For Mini Racpc And Racc Suryapet Under Ao Nalgonda Supply, Testing and Commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF / VRV) Outdoor condensing unit comprising of Invertor SCROLL compressors, Heat Exchanger, propeller / axial fans, refrigerant Circuit, Safety Devices & Oil Recovery System, operating on R410a refrigerant gas. Necessary Refrigerant Gas and oil charge as per the deisgn.Compressor shall be equipped with inverter controller of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) type to be efficient & quiet. The outdoor unit shall have the multi-step of capacity control to meet load fluctuation and indoor unit individual control. Heat Exchanger shall be constructed with copper tubes mechanically bonded to aluminium fins to form a cross fin coil. Aluminium fins shall be covered by anti-corrosion resin film. Refrigerant Circuit shall include an accumulator, liquid and gas shutoff valves and a solenoid valves. The Outdoor unit shall include the following safety devices : High pressure switch, Low pressure switch, Fan motor safety thermostat, Inverter overload protector, Over Current relay, Fusible plugs, Fuses etc . Unit shall be equipped with an oil recovery system to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping. The unit shall be prewired in factory for necessary power and control wiring. All outdoors units shall be mounted with necessary vibration isolators ,Complete clamping and saddling of cabling work and refnet joints for Indoor and Outdoor Units (Suction and Liquid)as per the specifications and approved drawings CEILING SUSPENDED UNITS: Supply, Testing and Commissioning of High Static Ducted type Indoor unit with pre-filter,fan section with low noise level, multispeed fan motor, coil section with DX coil, outer cabient, condensate drain pump, insulation, pipe connections, including necessary control wiring,Unit to be provided with microprocessor with Corded remote controller as per the specifications and approved drawings 4-WAY CASETTE UNITS:- Supply, Testing and Commissioning of FOUR WAY CASSETTE Type indoor unit. The housing of the unit shall be powder coated galvanised steel and shall include prefilter, fan section, coil section , fan section with low noise fan with Multi speed motor ,condensate drain pump , Insulation, pipe connections , all necessary controls, valves and fittings, strainer, drier , Fresh air intake and Painting as per the client requirement. The fan shall be with Aerodynamically designed diffuser turbo fan type. The cooling coil shall be of seamless copper tubes and shall have aluminium fins. Unit shall have filter cleanable type of resin net fixed to an integrally molded plastic frame. Unit shall have four way supply air grilles on sides and return air grill in center. Unit shall have high lift drain pump, fresh air intake provision, low gas level detection system. Unit shall have an electronic expansion valve which control refrigerant flow rate in respond to load variations of room. Unit to be provided with microprocessor Chordless remote controller/reciever.
