    Tender For Providing and fixing of TaillessUnit with related material for protection of 160 KVA to 1000 KVA Distribution Transformer emanation form 33/11 KV sub station under EDC, Rampur - Carriage of the following material from Store Centre, Rampur to work site including loading & unloading. 2 LT XLPE Cable AL 1x240 Sqmm/1x400 Sqmm/1x630 Sqmm/1x1000 Sqmm 3 MS Earthing 20x2500 mm 4 11 KV Fuse Set 5 Providing and fabrication, Complete installainof Henley type Tailless Fuse Unit frame made of 70cm x 50cmx 6 mm, M.S. Angle with fixing500 Amp with copper Bus Bar. Fabrication and fixing of all bus bar of size 400mm x 50 mm x10mm and then grouting Tailless frame on the plinth of 400 kva T/f with making the connection at T/f and Line side complete work all material shall be provided by the contractor. Cable for connection will be provided by the Department. 6 Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0 M apart from support and 0.5 M below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of GI wire No. 8SWG and earthing lugs. 7 fixing of 11 kV Fuse Set as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 8 Laying,stringing and binding of LT XLPE Cable AL 1x240 Sqmm/1x400 Sqmm/1x630 Sqmm/1x1000 Sqmmper RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 9 Providing and fixing ofClamp with Nut and bolts as perRESPO Norms and as direction of Supervising Engineer. 10 Providing and fixing AL Patta for suitable for Transformer as per direction of Supervising Engineer. 11 Providing and fixing AL LUG for 160/250/400/630/1000 KVA TF as per direction of Supervising Engineer.
