The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Erecting the Shutter assembly by Durky post and Chain block fixing the top beam with necessary. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.
