Electric Repair Works To 250 Kva Ht Transformer Aluminium Wound At Lis Narayanbagh Of Misd Ganderbal.- 1 Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of Transformer using appropriate means of transport as under: Tata Mobile (lead distance= 20 km one side) site to workshop 2 Extra per kilometer for lead >1.0 kms upto 5.0 kms 3 Extra per kilometer for lead >5.0 kms upto 10.0 kms 4 Extra per kilometer for lead >10.0 kms upto 20.0 kms 5 Dismantling of 11/0.4kV transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T. Oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils: 250 kVA 6 Providing and fitting of finished new aluminium wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs, etc., (HV) - per kg of winding.(04 No. HT coils, Weight of each coil= 5.20 kg) 7 Rewinding with re-insulation of existing aluminium conductors (LV) by way of providing and replacement of inter-layer insulation - per kg of winding.(01 No. leg. Weight of each leg= 14 kg) 8 Supply of Neoprene Rubberized Gasket Sheet: 5 mm thick 9 Filtration of existing/ reclaimed T-oil on site at suitable temperature (inclusive of all logistics and charges for filtration plant, etc) (Process loss maximum of 5% allowed) 10 Providing of transformer oil conforming to IS 335(Preferred make: Power oil/ Indian Oil Servo/ HPCL) 11 Complete assembling of 11/0.4kV transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. Refilling of t.oil upto required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing. 12 Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of Transformer using appropriate means of transport as under: Tata Mobile (lead distance= 20 km one side) back to site 13 Extra per kilometer for lead >1.0 kms upto 5.0 kms 14 Extra per kilometer for lead >5.0 kms upto 10.0 kms 15 Extra per kilometer for lead >10.0 kms upto 20.0 kms 16 Deduction of cost on account of old aluminium scrap for S.No. 3
