Tender For Repair & Maintenance To Staff Quarters(2B,1C), At Vannappuram.; 1 Cleaning SQ terrace with wire brush incuding removal of debris ,vegetation etc.. Complete. 2 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 3 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 5 Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges /fittings with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 6 Providing & fixing SS hooks & eyes of approved quality.-75mm 7 Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: 8 Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm). 9 Providing & fixing 22 W LED tubes (Philips or equivalent) including testing etc..complete. 10 Cleaning rooms ,bathroom/wc wall &floorof each quarter with stonewash acid/detergents etc..as per the direction of engineer in charge. 11 Supplying & fixing cover for PVC water tank. 12 Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour. 13 15 mm nominal bore, 122 mm long. Weighing not less than 99 gms. 14 Providing and fixing PTMT stop cock of approved quality and colour. 15 15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long. Weighing not less than 88 gms. 16 Providing and fixing PTMT pillar cock of approved quality and colour . 17 15mm nominal bore, 125 mm long foam flow. Weighing not less than 120 gms. 18 Supplying & fixing PVC waste coupling for WB/kitchen sink -32mm 19 Providing and fixing PVC pipe having pressure class 10.0kg/cm2 in pumping line.with necessary fittings etc…complete 20 40 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes. 21 Providing and fixing unplasticised P.V.C. connection pipe with PTMT Nuts, collar and bush of approved quality and colour. 22 15 mm nominal bore with 45 cm length. 23 Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete. 24 10 litre capacity - White 25 Provididing and fixing CPVC ball valve of approved quality. 26 40mm dia 27 32 mm dia 28 Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete. Semi rigid pipe 29 32 mm dia 30 Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete. 31 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : 32 Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface. 33 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. 34 One coat. 35 White washing with lime to give an even shade : 36 Old work (two or more coats) . 37 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering/pressure wash and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 38 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 39 One or more coats on old work. 40 Repairs to khura(rain water pipe mouth) by removing the loose mortar & setting the bend in cement grout etc..complete.
