Tender For Provn Of Fire Detection System And Allied Works At Lsw Hanger At 9Brd; 1 Supply, installing and testing of Fire alarm control panel adressable fire dection and alaram type with capacity of four Loop panel with capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules up to 200 detectors and modules per each loop,complete with all acessories and battery back up for 48 Hrs in stand by mode and 15 Minutes in alarm condition. Each loop shall support analog/addressable devices maximum capacity and have TCP/IP facility and Qwerty key pad for programming and including relay module, Control Module, Zone Module, Fault Isolator, power supply module addon modules. The panel shall be as per tech specification UL listed RS 232 communication port complete in all respect and all as specified and directed. i) The fire alarm system accessories such as smoke sensor, beam sensor, MCP, Isolator, repeater panel etc shall be of same make and shall be compatible to communicate with control panel.ii) Layout diagram of Fire alarm system shall be submited by contractor for approval of accepting officer, and execution work shall only commence after approval of layout diagram and contractor is bound to execute work as per approved without any financial effect.iii) On installation of the system, entire system shall be tested in presence of user rep and rep of accepting officer.iv) Contractor shall provide display board duly indicating the location of sensor and its specified address.v) Contractor shall provide layout diagram in site plan of fire alarm cable connected to control panel. 2 Supply and fix adressable smoke Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN-45 type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination Photoelectric / Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 including addressing and addressing shall be duly marked on sensor all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. 3 Supply , fixing and testingAddressable sounder 120Db all as specified and directed By Engr-In-Charge. 4 Supply, install, testing and comissioning of adressable break glass manual call pointincluding sunken boxes, with built in monitor module will all acessories and signal indicator complete as per tech specification and shall be UL listed complete. 5 S&F Fire Alarm Sounders / Sirens Electronic type horizontal single stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of +5 DB 1000 mtrs range with starter and all connected items all as specified. 6 Supply, laying, electrical connecting and testing FRLS4 core 1.5 sqmm (red Colour) armoured multi stranded copper conductor heavy duty underground cable 1100V saddled in wall/ceiling, truss, trench or laid in DWC pipe etc for fire alarm system all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge 7 Supply , fixing and testingadressable Beam Master detector Transreceiver type, including control module, power supply module 24V, 10 Amp DC, monitor module, relay module for converting conventional device into addressable device complete all as specified and directed. 8 Sypply and fix electric motor siren (Fixed at any height/Locationas directed)conforming to IS 1941 suitable for 3 phase415 Volts supply with motor not exeeding 3.75 KWand able to deliver 143 DB level. Siren shall have automatic equipment for producinga warbling note and including starter unit, relay module, foundation, GI Bracket made out of angle iron 50x506mm for mounting of siren and including cover for protection of the motor from rain etc complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure surface mounted MCB DB single door TPN 4 way 415 V, suitable for fixing one 40 A 4 pole MCB including S&F of one TPN 40 A MCB C Curve and connecting to wiring/ Cable including copper Lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge. 10 Supply and laying of copper conductor armoured cable of size 4sqmm 4 core along wall/ pole/ into pipe/ in trench/ along truss etc including saddling, electric connection and testing, the cable shall be PVC Innersheathed, armoured , PVC outer sheathning 1100V grade as per IS7098 (Pt1) of 1988 complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and laying HDPE DWC pipe 75mm dia SN8 on wall/ along ground/ along channel/ in trench/under roof/ along pillar or as directed complete. 12 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole etc in following soil starta complete all as specified and directed 13 Soft/loose soil 14 Hard/dense soil 15 Soft/ disintegrated rock 16 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed 17 Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.5 cm above the starting point complete all as specified and directed 18 Supply and fix microprocessor based fire alarm repeater panel which is compatible with fire alarm control panel and able to communicate with control panel, sounder etc. including electrically connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. 19 Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmmmulti stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & with one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings/fixture etc and open recessed type Plastic Enclosure( Plastic Switch Board )ISI Marked (IS:14772) for housing switches / sockets all a specified and directedfor One 3 pin socket 5 A on independent board. 20 Supply and fix switch socket combination 5A, 3 pin , flush type ISI Marked. 21 Supply, INSTALLATION, TESTING 2 KVA single phase AC supply with 180 to 270 V output On-line UPS cum inverterwith single phase input, single phase output including Battery system including stand for UPS and Battery with 220 AH 12 Volt, maintenance free battery. 22 M/L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 2.5 Sq mmFRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade with colour code and one run of 2.5 Sq mmsingle core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor green colour cable as earth continuity conductor drawn in& including casing & caping all as directed and specified . Cover/frame any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in- charge 34 M&L 12mm Perforated pacticle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes flame retardent type,60cx 60 cm in size suspended false ceilling incl GI powder coated grid work using 25mm x 23.5mm x 1.5mmmain tee, 25mm x 23.5mm x 1.28mm crossed Tee & 25mm x 23.5mm x 1.2mm angle fixed to wall for false ceiling incl necessary supporting hanger with 6mm dia GI wire & wire J bolts washer nuts for false frame work to ceiling, suspended @ 125cm C/C bothways, size of grid shall be 605 x 605mm complete all as manufacture instruction & specified & complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
