Tender For Periodical Services To Md Accommodation At Chaf Bangalore; 1 M&L preparation of plastered or un plasteredold decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing,scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds , moss & efflorescent salts & treating oily & greasy spots & filling holes& cracks with suitable material like white cement orPlaster of Parisand applying one coat distemper oil emulsion,using mechanical means white or tinted complete all as specified and as directed. 2 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper using mechanical meansover a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed. 3 M&L preparation of plastered or un plasteredold decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds , moss & efflorescent salts & treating oily & greasy spots & filling holes& cracks with suitable material like white cement orPlaster of Parisand applying one coat of oil bound distemperoverold distemperedceilings, cornices etc. including necessary scafolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L preparation of plastered or un plastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds , moss & efflorescent salts & treating oily & greasy spots & filling holes& cracks with suitable material like white cement orPlaster of Parisand applying one coat of white washincluding necessary scafolding upto 5th storey complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L preparation of plastered or un plasteredold decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds , moss & efflorescent salts & treating oily & greasy spots & filling holes& cracks with suitable material like white cement orPlaster of Parisand applying one coat of white wash including necessary scafolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed. 6 M&L complete removal of existing treatment on wallsand applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primerthrough mechanical meanscomplete all as specified and as directed 7 Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone walls including racking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L for rendering 10mm thickin cement mortar 1:6 and5mm thickin cement mortar 1:4 in two layers on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50kg of cement or as per manufacturers instruction etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scafolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed.Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely. 9 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces ofwallsand applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primerthrough mechanical meanscomplete all as specified and as directed 11 M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concretesurfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3on ceilingof brick or concretesurfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L Preparing new plastered suface of walls and applying two coats distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of Chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed. 14 M&L Preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed 15 M&L Preparing new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L Preparing of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based surfacesof any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel surfacesof any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. 18 S&F Flex sign board including writing of alphabets,dash, numbering of any colouretc allfixed with stainless steel screw complete all as specified and as directed. 19 S&F in repairs 20 mm curtain rods ofaluminium anodised powder coated fixed in existing brackets complete all as specified and as directed. 20 S&F in repairs curtain rods brackets aluminium anodised powder coated fixed complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Removing demolished materials ie building materials,concrete,stone masonry,debris,tree roots,trunks branches,demolished plaster of any size etc to a distance of 30 KM or beyound,out of premises of metropolitan area including loading,unloading by manually or by mechanical means( JCB) and to be transported through tractor-trolly or tipper and stacking at destination as and when directed complete all as specified and as directed.
