Tender For Estimate For Enrichment Works Of Carnivores Enclosure At Zoological Garden, Alipore - Supplying and stacking of good earth (adequate for horticulture work) at site including royalty (earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% for payment) 2 (B) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) Do - by fine sand 3 Supplying and fixing grasses tiles of grass Maxican Carpet/Selection No. 1 Healthy & fresh grasses (size 1x1 or bigger) including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from wees and fit for mowing including supplying good earth as required by Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials) 4 Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. 5 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety 6 (A) Wood work in posts, post plates, rafters, battens, truss members, purlins etc. fitted and fixed complete (excluding the cost of bolts, paints, but including the cost of nails, screws etc.)(The quantum should be corrected upto three decimals) 7 Coal tarring : (b) Two coats 8 Vertical sleeve joint in wall etc. or horizontal joint in floor roof etc. including shaping and finishing adjacent surface and caulking the joint with hemp rope thoroughly soaked in bituminous material and fixing rope in position by staples or other suitable devices complete as per direction (including cost of all materials) (d) With 19 mm. dia rope 9 Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 ( 8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%, one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc., including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, within a lead of 50m lift upto 1.5m complete. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials. Planting hedge plants in two rows at 30cm apart 10 Supplying and stacking sludge (adequate for Horticulture work) at site in dry cake form from approved disposal work site including royalty, all lead and lift etc. (Sludge measured in stack will be reduced by 8%). 11 Spreading of sludge, dump manure,/farm yard manure/animel dung manure and good earth in required thickness. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants excluding materials. 12 Supplying and planting of different plant/trees (Supplying well grown plants bushy and healthy, minimum height as specified i.E.exposed height including all leads & lift , carriage,handling, manuring, applying presticide and fertilizer etc.Mangrove date palm(Hetal) of height 30 cm to 90 cm in earthem post of size 25 cm 13 Azadirachta Indica (Neem) of height 90 cm to 150 cm in earthem post of size 25 cm 14 Nipa Palm (Golpata) of height 30 cm to 90 cm in earthem post of size 25 cm 15 Terminalla arjuna (Arjuna) of height 90 cm to 150 cm in earthem post of size 30 cm 16 Ficus bengalensis (Banyan) of height 150 cm to 180 cm in earthem post of size 60 cm 17 ADD GST 18% on Total cost of civil works 18 Add @ 1 % For labour welfare cess
