Renovation Work Of D1 Quarters At Township- 1 Description of work 2 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metreslead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm 3 Providing & laying anti-skidvitrified floor tiles 600X600mm size of approved shade and quality in floors,dado,platforms etc. including all curves,edges,corners etc.over 12mm thick 1:3 cement mortar jointing with special mortar to match the shade of tiles cleaning etc.complete as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge. 4 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cementpaint surface 5 Providing & fixing false ceiling with 7.50mm thick PVC wooden grains panel board ceiling of approved quality in aluminium frame work with necessary screws etc.complete. 6 Supplying & fixing factory made steel windows of required size with window frame tata Galvano 90mm x 63mm,16 gauge(1.50mm)window glass frame section 2 x 3/4 GP Frame pipe,safety grill ISI Certified 3/4 inch square pipe,2 coat epoxy paint over primer coat.wooden finish,with 4mm thick clear glass panes,with SS Hinges,SS Handle,Flush bolt,SS Stopper etc.as per the Direction of the Engineer -in Charge. 7 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand &manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).Size of Tile 800x800 mm 8 Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg). including filling /grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Size of Tile 800x800mm 9 Providing & laying / fixing in proper lines and levels of first quality vitrified tiles of size 800mm x 800mm of approved colour for wall,dado etc. laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) in average 6mm thickness, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer- in -Charge. 10 Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 play veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 30mm thick including ISI markedS S butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete. 11 Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even finish etc. complete as per directions at all heights for old wood work 2 coats. 12 Providing & fixing single unit wall mounted European type white glazed water closet of approved brand with trap,seat and lid with flushing system with fittings,fixing brackets,15mm angle valve including all fittings etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. 13 Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall bemoulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminateshall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall becovered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame 14 Providing and fixing to existing door frames.30 mm thick Glas Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant gradeunsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS : 14856, including fixing toframes. 15 Polishing with touchwood of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even finish etc. complete as per directions at all heights for old wood work 2 coats. 16 Supply of Helper 17 Supply of skilled masons 18 Supply of skilled Carpenter 19 Supply of plumber 20 Supply of skilled Welder 21 Supply of Painter
