In cement Mortar 3 Dismantling tile work in floors and walls laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 mtrs lead for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm 4 Carriage / Carting of demolished concrete, bricks, tiles, building rubbish by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking and levelling for the required areas upto 1.00 km lead. 5 Supplying, fitting and placing Fe-500 bar-TMT reinforcement in RCC works complete as per drawings and technical specifications for bars below 20mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire etc., lifting charges of steel, placing in position, tying with binding wire, all tools etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of works. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. 12 Providing and laying flamed finsih Granite stone flooring with 18 mm thick stone(machine cut & mirror polished granite flooring, treads/risers in one piece, square cut nosing slightly softened by rounded/chamfered as required) over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete for staircase, landingas specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
