The Structural/MEP designs shall be prepared as per the latest provisions of National Building Codes and relevant BIS Codes. The Structural/MEP designs/drawings must be prepared as per the latest trends in market by keeping in view of the available items in this schedule of work. iii. Contractor shall submit Structural/MEP designs/drawings to the Engineer-in-Charge after vetting from any NIT/IIT/Government Engineering College. The fee/charges for vetting shall be paid by the contractor. In case any clarifications/ modifications in designs/drawings is required during vetting or during the course of execution of work, it shall be got done by the contractor through the consultants for which nothing extra shall be paid.iv.
