Tender For Periodical Services To Md Accn Of Domestic Area At Af Stn Sirsa; 1 Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old painted surfaces of internal walls and ceilings by scrapping andremoving treated surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having vacuum mechanism for suction) having minimum 1500 RPM, sanding pad of80 grit size having 7- 9 dia (as required) including cleaning, watering to make the surface clean and free from dust, etc including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for Rendering (Internal) 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Rendering (Internal) 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L preparing undecorated Plastered surfaces of internal walls and treating with two coats of single component penetrative cum film forming interior water proofing coating (as per manufacturers instructions) complete all as specified and directed.(MAKE: ASIAN PAINTS, SMARTCARE HYDROLOC / DR FIXIT, SURESEAL / BERGER, DAMPSTOP ADVANCED or similar products as approved by GE)NOTE: This item shall be executed only for surfaces severly affected by moisture before applying top coat finishes. 6 M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying one coat of cement primer suitable for internal walls complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L forapplying 1.5mm thick Wall Putty (in two coats) over internal plastered surfaces of wall/cement board including Rubbing down with Sand Paper of proper grade to obtain a Smooth Finished Surface complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for applying Two Coats of Acrylic Distemper (as approved), mixed with stainer for achieving the desired shade and applied with rollers on walls/cement boards complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for Rendering 5.0mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces of Ceilings, Plastered Surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for preparing newly Plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying Three Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound, ISI Marked, as approved, complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in two layers, 10 mm + 5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thickness mixed with with water proofing compound(as per manufacturers instructions) on external surfaces ofbrick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair upto 4 storey height including necessary scaffloding complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as Supply only. 13 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying a coat of suitable exterior Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L preparing newly Rough Cast plastered surfaces of exterior Walls and applying a coat of suitable exterior Primer (as per Manufacturers instructions), complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) with approved Tint (as per Manufacturers instructions), on rough cast plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L preparing old Distempered surfaces of Walls/cement boards including filling the existing Nails/Screw Holes, etc. and applying One Coat of Acrylic Distemper (of approved tint) with rollers complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for preparing old exc. 0.50 Sqm in Each Pane, complete all as specified and directed. 29 S&F in repair Stainless Steel Wire Cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of Wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with Stainless adhering proper safety precaution and including necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, removing all loose concrete and cleaning exposed reinforcement with wire brush and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with min 15mm thick Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate), finished with 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and surfaces finished to match with existing surfaces including finishing with three coats ofwhite wash complete all as specified and directed.NOTES : 1) Site for application is at various locations in patches with varying heights upto 4m.
