Tender For Cleaning And Sweeping Etc. Work At M.D. Office Building Bhikharipur, Varanasi. - Providing cleaning, sweeping and dusting services in rooms kitchen, halls, entrance lobby, corridor, bathroom/toilet, lift passenger car, stair, lift machine room, electric panel room, store room and roof slab etc. including cleaning of dustbin and disposal of rubbish/garbage inside and outside of the M.D. Office Building, Varanasi premises as per direction of E/I. (The rate is exclusive of cleaning material and T&P cost) Term and Condition:- 1-There are minimum deployment of sweeper is ELEVEN in number, in which SEVEN number of sweeper engaged to complete the aforesaid work before 9:00AM positively in all working days. The responsibility of the remaining FOUR sweeper to complete the sweeping and cleaning of bathroom/toilet, corridoor, stair, lobby and lift passenger car etc. at least three times in a day between 10:00 AM To 6:00PM and other necessary works shall be completed by the contractor as per direction of E/I2- It will be responsibility of contractor to provide the uniform to each and every worker and it will be responsibility to check that his every worker is well dressed .3- If any of contractors worker is found absent from his work area, Rs.1000.00 per worker per day will be deducted as penality form the bill.4- The age of deployed sweeper in not below the 18 years.5- Ifany of the specified work areas are found untidy by E/I, then penality shall be imposed as per tender term and condition. In this case the decision of E/I is final and binding.6- All sweepers should be skilled in the work and the work should also be done in systematic manner like a gentleman.7- The time of entry and exit of all sweepers should be recorded with attendanceregister which is available in the reception.8- Wages of sweeper has been calculated from the order of Labour Commissioner,Kanpuri.e. order no.801-07 enforcement (M.W.)/15 date-01.10.2024. that is Rs.10701/month (without contractor profit). It is responsibility of the contractor to providing the salary to sweeper in the compliance of such order in the concerned sweeper bank account.9- It is responsibility of the contractor to follow the labour law which is applicable time to time. 10- It is responsibility of the contractor to complete the aforesaid work in sunday also. 2 Providing cleaning materials, tools and T&P etc. such as phenyl, red harpic, blue harpic, odonil, phenyl goli, toilet brush, good night for mosquito, room freshner, dusting cloth, toilet paper. wiper, soap, handwash, handwash refill, tissue paper, colin for glass cleaner, sanitary fitting cleaner etc. required for proper completion of work as direction by E/I 3 Providing and daily replacement of cleaned Hand towel (ten numbers, size 600mmX400mm,650 GSM) of attached bathroom make-bombay dyeing required for proper completion of work as direction by E/I. 4 Providing of Dustbin capacity 14 liter make nilkamal required for proper completion of work as direction by E/I. 5 Providing anti skid Door mat make approved quality soft cushion for indoor and outdoor usage required for proper completion of work as direction by E/I. 6 Providing anti skid Bathdoor mat make approved quality soft cushion for indoor and outdoor usage required for proper completion of work as direction by E/I. 7 Providing anti skid rubber holo mat make approved quality for entry point required for proper completion of work as direction by E/L.. 8 Cleaning of main drain or width LESSthan 300 mm.including disposal of waste refuses sludge out side the boards area including washing and cleaning by clean water completely as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.(CSI No. 20.14)
