The shutter made out of 10mm thick mild steel plates and horizontal stiffener made out of ISMB 150x75mm welded in equal spacing not more then 0.50M. the End vertical Stiffener are made out of 150x10mm Flat and Vertical flat is made out of100x50mm ISMC welded in equal Spacing not more then 0.60M. The shutter is lifted with Lifting plate 2 nos of size 0.40 x0.40 m of 6mm thickness. The leakage proof arrangement were provided with suitable assembly for better leak arrangement. And shutter groove angle made out of Fabricated groove of size 150x175x150 mm with required height 3.15 m to 4.15 m including welding of hold fast of size 40x40x6 mm mild steel angle 5 nos on each side. Screw rod 80 mm dia mild steel round rod duly machined and fully threaded to suit the worm and pinion gear head set assembly to a height of 4.15 m to 5.15 m with required bolt and nut, fastened with eye plate of the shutter including greasing etc. |
