    Tender For Labour Contract Forkcp Mill Roller Journals Reconditioning Work; LABOUR CONTRACT FOR KCP Mill Roller Journals Reconditioning Work.1. KCP Mill Roller shaft 2 Nos. Both sides Total 4 Nos. of Journals Reconditioned by Special Low heat Welding Electrode and CPSM 022 Equivalent weldingElectrode) and Mirror finishing to surface by machining as per drawing No. TRT/MH/120.2. Pre heating will be done on the journal portion before welding, regrinding to thesurface to remove the fatigue material to the good welding deposit.3. First layer welding will be done by using Low heat hand O matic equivalent welding electrodes second layer welding will be done by special CPSM 022 welding electrodes.4. UT test will be conducted before welding and after final welding & machining, both times Certifcate to be furnished by supplier5. Stress relieving will be done on the welding portion both side journals as per IS standard Formula.6. Final machining will be done as per our drawing size without Porous and make mirror smooth finished.7. Welding and machining done at our site with your Technician with proper parameters (Welding machines, and Electrodes brought by the Contractor). Workshop lathe and Tool Provided by the Mills.8. Rate may be quoted per each journal portion reconditioning work.
