Supply and erection of flexible air seperator (aircell) for the conservator tank suitable for 132/33 KV, 63 MVA T/F (IMP make)

Isolating conservator tank and draining of transformer oil from conservator tank in 209 Ltr. Oil drums avaiable at substation and refilling of centrifused oil (Oil Centrifusing as per norms) back after completion of work.

Dismantalling of all pipe lines connected and removed of conservator tank from T/F body to ground opening of Manholes / End cover and replacement of damaged flexible air seperator (aircell). Closing of all the main holes/ End covers with suitable size new-gaskets and erect it back to transformer body. Normalising conservator tank after filling of oil and aricell shall be taken into service.
