In case of any delay, no extra claim will be entertained towards hiring charges beyond 15 days and the contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until replaced by repaired transformer.In case of any kind of fault / defect occurred in hired transformer, the contractor shall have to arrange further replacement without any additional cost and shall repair the defect from his own expenses.(iii)Contractor should check the available infrastructure and to be sure regarding safety of hired transformer before installation. The rate quoted is deemed to be including transportation cost, earthing lead etc. |

(ii) Replacement of all insulating materials other than incorporated for rewinding of HT/LT coils as per existing.(iii) Fixing only HT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, washers 3 Nos. and LT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, and washers 4 Nos. and connection with primary and secondary windings and reconnecting with the main terminals as required and directed. (iv) Fixing only breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge after proper cleaning, minor repairs etc. as required and directed.(v) Replacement of all unserviceable gasket from top cover, HT/LT bushing with new one by using rubberised gasket sheet 4.0mm/6.0mm thick duly pasted with suitable adhesive .(vi) Replacement of unserviceable bolts with new one and fixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different sizes and tightening properly.(vii) Repositioning of core and winding assembly inside the tank, assembling complete unit and making the transformer ready for filling oil and subsequent testing as directed. (viii)Filling/topping up of new transformer oil of required quantities.(b) M&L for transportation of repaired transformer to the original position (from where taken-down), disconnecting the alternative transformer, taking down the same, Re-installation of repaired indoor/outdoor transformer on 4/6 pole structure/plinth/inside sub station, connecting electrically and mechanically, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.Note :-HT/LT leg coils copper wire/stripand transformer oilrequiredshall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only. |
