Tender For Periodical Services To Md Accns In Domestic Area At 8Fbsu Af, Awantipur.; 1 Preparingold decoratedplastered or un-plastered surfaces of wallsby scraping the surfaces, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, mould, mass and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spotsetc and applying one coat of white wash on wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces by filling cracks/holes with white putty, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Description all as per serial item No. 1 above, but one coat on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty in two layer on prepared suface complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated plastered or un plastered wall surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Acrylic washable distemper over a coat of primer , complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for Preparation of old decoratedplastered or un-plastered surfaces of wallsby scraping the surfaces, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, mould, mass and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spotsetc and applying one coat of Acrylic washable distemper on wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces by filling cracks/holes with white putty, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Description all as per serial item No. 5 above, but one coat on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for Preparation of old painted wood or wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth,and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 8 Description all as per serial item No. 6 above, but on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for Preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth,and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 10 Taking down cement or cement plaster on brick or stone work etc includingracking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for Preparation of newlyplastered or un-plastered surfaces of wallsand applying two coats of Acrylic washable distemper over 3 mm thick wall care putty in two layers and make surface smooth finishing , complete all as specified and directed.
