Monthly Service Support Charges

Cost for the service support for deployment infrastructureand any other services to be provided for success implementation of the project after 100% Go-Live which includes all the expenses for operation and maintenance, Manpower, third party audit, STQC, SMS charges, stamping and standardisation charges, etc. per month per FPS for the entire contract period of 5 years.
